- 12 months from the date of purchase: the policy's default for "All robotic vacuum cleaners, wet dry vacuum cleaners and cordless vacuum cleaners unless noted below" (the Q7T+ is not in the 24-month list). The warranty is given by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd for products "purchased and used in Australia": "The benefits provided under this limited warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided under Australian consumer law." To claim, call +61 1800 400 123 or email support-au@roborock.com for a case number, then return the product to the service centre; the customer pays shipping. The official store's Q7T+ page also states "The warranty covers 12 months from the date of purchase."4Under the Australian Consumer Law your guarantees apply regardless of the maker's warranty period.
